In the midst of summer, everything is flourishing! On July 1, 2023, the Nanjing Daoqun Group's 2023 semi annual marketing conference was grandly held at the Nanjing International Expo Center.

The semi annual meeting was chaired by Lin Feng, Assistant General Manager of Nanjing Daoqun Group. More than 200 marketing personnel from various business units and some functional personnel from the headquarters gathered together. Everyone rushed back from all over the country, full of joy, to attend this reunion moment together!

Work Report

The meeting focused on the theme of "Integration, Fusion, Innovation and Excellence", and was first reported by Executive Vice General Manager Lan Xin. Subsequently, the heads of each department made summaries and plans for each department, including Vice General Manager Yi Li's "Working Together to Refine and Forge Fusion", Medical Business Unit Director Bao Yang's "Aggregating Power to Win Growth", HR Manager Assistant Li Sha's "Empowering Business with Leap Growth", and Medical Affairs Department Director Zhan Yingying's "Daoqun New Product Launch".

Leadership Summary

At the end of the meeting, Bai Bo, President of Nanjing Daoqun Group, delivered a concluding speech on the theme of "Confidence, Unity, Self discipline, and Progress" for Daoqun's family members. Mr. Bai reviewed the various achievements made in the first half of the year and recognized the work results of all employees. He put forward higher requirements, directions, and goals for the work in the second half of the year. In the next six months, we will assess the situation, work together, forge ahead, overcome difficulties, and write a new chapter for the sustained, healthy, and stable development of the company, striving to achieve various goals and tasks for 2023.
