In addition, Mr. Li Lifeng, the Chief Financial Officer, introduced the relevant processes and systems of the finance department to new employees, helping them better understand the company's financial management system. Information administrator Zhou Jialing introduced the office informationization functions to everyone, allowing new employees to adapt to the company's office system faster. In the final stage of the training, the leaders of the Commercial Sales Department KA Department, Prescription Department, and Traditional Chinese Medicine Project introduced the marketing management requirements, strategies, and work points of their respective departments to the new employees, and provided on-site Q&A. On the morning of April 27th, new employees gathered at Xuanwu Lake, dressed in the uniform of the company, for a hiking activity around the lake.
